Heat a medium saucepan. Add half of the oil and let it heat up.
Add the onion and sautee for 2 minutes.
Next, add the sweet peppers, garlic clove and half of your chopped culantro leaves and saute for 3 more minutes.
Now, add the remaining oil and the sausages and saute for five (5) more minutes, mixing frequently.
Add remaining ingredients: tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and mix. Let it simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Add the remaining culantro leaves, mix and serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
